RSL Farm was established in 1990 in San Miguel, Padre Garcia, Batangas by its founder, Dr. Romeo Lindog. What began as a small and humble agricultural venture initially focused on the cultivation of pepper. With limited resources but strong dedication and passion for farming, Dr. Lindog carefully nurtured the land and steadily improved production. Over time, the quality of the farm’s produce gained recognition within the local community and nearby areas. As demand increased and the farm’s reputation grew, RSL Farm gradually expanded its operations. From its original focus on pepper, the farm diversified into planting a wider variety of crops, transforming it into a more sustainable and multi-crop agricultural enterprise. Today, RSL Farm produces a diverse range of agricultural products, including pepper, cacao, sugarcane, coffee, as well as various ornamental plants and flowers. This expansion not only strengthened the farm’s productivity but also contributed to its long-term stability and success. Following the passing of Dr. Romeo Lindog, the responsibility of managing the farm was passed on to his wife. With the same dedication and commitment, she continues to oversee the daily operations, ensuring that the vision and legacy of the founder live on. Under her leadership, RSL Farm remains active and continues to thrive, adapting to changes while preserving its roots. From a modest beginning to a well-recognized farm, RSL Farm stands as a testament to hard work, perseverance, and the enduring value of agriculture.
